Job summary

UKROEd is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead and support organisational change across a portfolio of projects. Based in hybrid Manchester, you will work with project managers, senior leaders and business areas to engage and support colleagues and external stakeholders through the change process.

The role requires at least two years' experience delivering business change, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

UKROEd is looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to lead and support the successful delivery, adoption and embedding of organisational change.

Working within our Strategic Development Team, you will manage change across a portfolio of projects involving new processes, systems and organisational structures. You will work closely with project managers, senior leaders and business areas to ensure colleagues and external stakeholders are prepared, engaged and supported throughout the change process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering business change strategies
• Conducting change impact and business readiness assessments
• Supporting transition into Business as Usual
• Identifying and addressing resistance to change
• Developing stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Defining and monitoring adoption measures and benefits
• Supporting leaders and teams through organisational change
• Evaluating outcomes and ensuring change is embedded and sustained

You will have at least two years’ experience delivering business change within projects or programmes, including experience of stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, business readiness and benefits mapping.

You will be an effective communicator with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships and provide clear advice on change risks, readiness and adoption.

A recognised change management qualification and experience within policing, the public sector, education or a not-for-profit organisation would be advantageous.
