Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd is supporting a major UK organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme by recruiting a Business Change Manager. The role focuses on developing and delivering change strategies to drive adoption across people, processes and technology within a large-scale programme.

You will work with project teams and senior leaders to embed change and deliver lasting business value, coordinating across multiple projects and ensuring engagement, readiness and capability

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering change within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, governance frameworks and project lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership teams.
• The ability to operate effectively within complex or highly regulated environments.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with a passion for delivering positive business outcomes.
• Strong communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale transformation initiative, helping to deliver meaningful change across people, processes and technology. Working closely with project teams, senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, you will ensure that change is effectively embedded and delivers lasting business value.

The Role

As a Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering change strategies that support the successful adoption of transformational initiatives. You will work across multiple projects, ensuring colleagues are engaged, prepared and equipped to embrace new ways of working.

This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic programmes, collaborate with a broad stakeholder community and make a tangible impact on organisational success.
