Job summary

UKROEd is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead and support organisational change across a portfolio of projects. Based in hybrid Manchester, you will work with project managers, senior leaders and business areas to engage and support colleagues and external stakeholders through the change process.

The role requires at least two years' experience delivering business change, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience delivering business change within projects or programmes.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, business readiness and benefits mapping.
• Effective communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
