Job summary

Loop Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Business Transformation Manager in Manchester, with a hybrid two days a week on-site. You will drive organisational change across large programmes, embedding new ways of working and ensuring adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change within large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting business transformation programmes.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience developing communications, readiness, and training strategies.
• Strong understanding of change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
• Experience within Financial Services or Insurance environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leading change activity across complex transformation programmes.
• Developing and delivering change plans across communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption.
• Working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and programme leadership.
• Supporting organisations through process, technology, and operational change.
• Driving engagement and helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working.
• Monitoring change effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
• Contributing to the development of change frameworks, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
