Job summary

UKRN is seeking a Change Manager to drive organisational change programmes across our portfolio. Reporting to the Lead Business Change Manager, you will design interventions that improve adoption, minimise resistance and embed strategic initiatives.

You will map stakeholders, analyse impacts, build buy-in and collaborate with teams across the organisation. A core focus will be mentoring leaders and coaching colleagues to strengthen resilience and openness to change as projects progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change interventions to improve adoption and embed strategic initiatives.
• Identify stakeholders and assess impact to build buy-in and engagement.
• Mentor and coach leaders and teams to build resilience and receptiveness to change.
• Develop change management plans and conduct impact assessments to identify risks and challenges.
