Job summary

DF Capital in Manchester is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a team delivering enterprise-wide change and transformation initiatives. You will coordinate projects, people and resources, manage plans, budgets and governance, and remove bottlenecks to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in programme management and delivery of enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Ability to align programme objectives with strategic goals and deliver measurable benefits.
Strong governance, planning, budgeting and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-project programmes from initiation to completion (cradle to grave).
Oversee planning, budgets, risks and dependencies; maintain RAID logs and governance.
Engage stakeholders across operations, technology and commercial teams to ensure alignment.
