Qualifications

• APMP qualification and experience in capture management preferred.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading bids.
• Proven ability to develop compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture planning within a centralised strategic bidding team.
• Collaborate with prospect directors, business and sector leads to deliver a differentiated offer.
• Coach bid colleagues and technical leaders on capture processes and skills.
• Share lessons learned and improve capture practices across WSP.
• Support AI integration and knowledge management initiatives.
