Job summary

WSP is seeking a senior Capture Lead to drive high-value, multidisciplinary bids from strategy through delivery. You will lead a centralised capture team, shape differentiating value propositions, and collaborate with Opportunity Directors and technical experts to secure key UK opportunities.

You will coach bid colleagues, analyse opportunities, and champion best practices across the Strategic Bid Team in a matrix environment. APMP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• APMP qualifications preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading capture planning and bid delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and senior-level collaboration.
• Background in professional services or consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture planning within a centralised bidding team.
• Collaborate with prospect directors and commercial teams to differentiate offers.
• Coach bid colleagues on capture processes and best practices.
• Analyse opportunities, share lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to AI integration and knowledge management within the team.
