Job summary

WSP UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Proposals Manager to lead complex bids, drive strategic capture planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the UK and Ireland. You will champion best practices in bid management, collaborate with Opportunity Directors, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.

The role requires UK-wide travel and a proven track record in engineering/construction tendering, with APMP Foundation certification and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level in an appropriate subject.
• APMP Foundation as a minimum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong bid governance and bid review knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-value strategic bids as bid manager or senior support.
• Ensure bid governance and review processes are followed.
• Develop tailored client solutions and bid strategies.
• Coach and mentor bid team members and share best practices.
• Analyse bids and capture lessons learned to improve processes.
