Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd, a leading UK provider of security, cleaning, recruitment and training solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to own the core business systems and drive meaningful change across the organisation.

Reporting to the CTO, you will manage finance, CRM and workforce management platforms, gather requirements, oversee upgrades and partner with vendors to deliver valuable technology solutions that support growth.

• Owning and managing Kingdom's core business systems.

• Managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Working closely with software vendors and implementation partners.
• Introducing effective change control and governance processes.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Supporting the development of Kingdom's wider technology roadmap.
