Job summary

Kingdom Services Group, based at Head Office in Merseyside, is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own and optimise core business systems, including finance, CRM and workforce management platforms. You'll partner with stakeholders to deliver value through technology and drive a practical, commercial approach.

This hands-on role reports to the CTO, leading upgrades, new implementations and governance processes while exploring automation and AI-driven improvements to shape Kingdom's technology

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Systems, IT Change, Systems Delivery or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering system implementations and upgrades.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Kingdom's core business systems.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements and new implementations.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Work with software vendors and implementation partners.
• Introduce change control and governance processes.
• Identify automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Support the technology roadmap.
