Job summary

Catch Resource Management Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to support and enhance a range of business-critical applications. The role focuses on systems administration, integrations, automation, and stakeholder engagement across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to drive system improvements and support digital transformation initiatives with a hybrid working model (3 days in London or Sheffield).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as Business Systems Administrator/Manager.
• Experience managing a portfolio of business applications.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Experience driving system optimisation and process improvements.
• Experience integrating core platforms with third-party apps.
• Experience with transformation projects and system upgrades.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance a portfolio of business applications to support day-to-day operations.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Drive system optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency, user experience and business processes.
• Support and maintain integrations between core platforms and third-party applications.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring systems remain stable and fit for purpose.
• Contribute to ongoing transformation projects, system upgrades and the adoption of new technologies.
