Job summary

Conspicuous is seeking a Business Systems Manager in the East Midlands to lead a dedicated systems team and shape the wider technology roadmap. The role centers on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a broad application landscape to drive value across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

You will partner with the Head of IT and senior leaders to deliver system improvements, optimise processes and explore automation and AI to support international growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or implementing ERP or business applications at scale.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related platforms.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the established Business Systems team.
• Own the optimisation of core business applications and data flows.
• Define and deliver the wider systems strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate challenges into tech solutions.
• Support major transformation programmes from a systems perspective.
• Identify opportunities to automate and integrate processes with AI where appropriate.
• Ensure reliability, scalability and security of the systems landscape.
• Oversee integrations between ERP, eCommerce, BI, and other platforms.
