Job summary

Hesley Group seeks a Business Systems Lead to own and optimise the organisation's portfolio of business-critical systems. You will bridge operations, suppliers and IT to ensure secure, effective and compliant applications, while championing adoption and continuous improvement.

You’ll design and implement a scalable function, governance processes, and cross-department super-user networks to support growth and operating excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end application lifecycle and service management.
• Strong stakeholder management and change facilitation.
• Delivery of system improvements or new software implementations.
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern long-term system roadmaps aligned with priorities and compliance.
• Design an ownership model, document lifecycles, risks and dependencies.
• Lead audits of performance, identify opportunities for rationalisation and cost savings.
• Build relationships with leaders to translate business needs into technology decisions.
• Architect a scalable operating model and establish super-user networks.
