You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey, working with warm inbound enquiries to present growth programmes and secure investment.

This role offers a 40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with six-figure earning potential, premium leads, and clear career progression in a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be ambitious, commercially minded, and confident speaking with business owners.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development or recruitment-related roles is preferred.
• Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and close high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Speak with business owners, entrepreneurs, and company directors daily.
• Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to understand business goals and challenges.
• Build rapport and credibility with prospective clients.
• Present Trade Mastermind's programmes and growth solutions.
• Guide prospects through the sales journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
• Attend workshops and business events where required.
• Deliver professional consultations focused on business growth opportunities.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Negotiate and secure high-value sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
