Job summary

Trade Mastermind Ltd, a UK education and coaching company for the construction sector, is hiring Sales Executives for an end-to-end B2B sales role selling £97 Discovery Day events. You’ll own the client journey from warm outbound calls to closing on event day, in a high-energy team environment.

You’ll build a personal pipeline, book clients onto events, and benefit from uncapped commission, monthly incentives, full training, and fast progression to leadership roles at our Peterborough HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ outbound phone sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing sales.
• Strong pipeline and follow-up management skills.
• Experience working to high call volumes and clear KPIs.
• Confidence, energy, and resilience.
• Strong objection-handling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads.
• Convert business owners into Discovery Day attendees.
• Build and manage your own pipeline.
• Use structured follow-up and objection-handling frameworks.
• Track KPIs daily and work to clear targets.
• Deliver professional, confident calls every time.
• Meet clients face-to-face and close sales on event days.
