Job summary

Flourish in London is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and engage new businesses across London and the UK, building relationships with senior leaders and driving opportunities. You will reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn and networking to uncover genuine commercial potential.

The role offers a £40,000 base salary with £20,000 OTE in year one, plus uncapped commission and comprehensive sales training.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, commercially curious and motivated to build a career.
• You may come from sport, hospitality, retail, events or other customer-facing backgrounds.
• No prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage exciting new businesses across London and the UK.
• Build relationships with Founders, MDs, Operations Directors and workplace leaders.
• Reach out through phone, email, LinkedIn and networking.
• Research businesses and markets to spot new opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities and support the wider sales team.
• Book and attend meetings with prospective clients.
• Develop commercial expertise within the workplace sector.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and project teams.
