Job summary

Zest4Talent is recruiting a Business Development Manager to join an ambitious fintech organisation near Peterborough. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, managing pipelines across advisers, corporates, charities and private clients. Expect a £50,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission and a realistic £65–75k OTE.

You’ll be joining a newly established team, with training provided and clear opportunities to progress into senior commercial roles as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Able to manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from initial contact through to closing new business.
• Generate and develop your own pipeline through proactive business development.
• Build relationships with a wide range of prospective clients.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and secure new business.
• Accurately manage sales activity using CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
