Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead complex, high-value infrastructure projects from qualification to close in the Crick area.

You will own the full sales process, qualify opportunities, manage long sales cycles, develop key accounts and open new doors, building a realistic pipeline that converts. You’ll work with technical and operational teams to ensure what’s sold can be delivered, with Zoho CRM kept up to date.

• Experience selling high-value, solution-led services.
• Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
• Background in technical / engineering / construction / infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales process with strategic qualification.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Develop key accounts and open new doors.
• Build a realistic, deliverable pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical and ops teams to ensure deliverability.
• Lead bid/no-bid conversations with commercial sense.
• Ensure clean handover of projects and up-to-date CRM.
