This senior position requires a proven track record in infrastructure business development, a strong network with national clients, and the ability to lead opportunities from initial contact to close.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in infrastructure business development.
• Experience winning large contracts and/or national frameworks.
• Established relationships within FM, utilities, power, telecoms, drainage, water, EV or wider infrastructure.
• Experience operating in a large, commercial or multi-divisional organisation.
• Credibility to engage with senior stakeholders and major national clients.
• Evidence of personally developing opportunities and turning them into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert a strong pipeline of national opportunities.
• Build relationships with major clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue large contracts and frameworks.
• Lead opportunities from initial conversation through to commercial close.
• Support major tenders, bids and contract renewals.
• Grow existing strategic accounts alongside winning new business.
• Provide accurate pipeline, forecasting and market intelligence.
• Travel nationally to develop and maintain client relationships.
