Job summary

McCormick is hiring an EMEA Senior Brand Manager Growth Platforms for Haddenham, UK. You will lead strategic projects across a 3-year pipeline for Herbs, Spices and Seasonings, coordinating with local marketing and cross-functional teams to drive sales, share and profitability.

You will leverage consumer insights, analytics and market trends to shape the strategy, develop and deliver innovation and renovation across markets, and present updates to senior leaders globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG brand-building at senior level.
• Strong data-driven decision making and market insight.
• Experience with NPD and renovation across multiple markets.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic projects across the 3-year pipeline for Herbs, Spices and Seasonings in EMEA.
• Collaborate with Commercialisation, Insights, Graphics Design, R&D, Supply Chain and agencies to implement scalable plans.
• Drive Bellwether NPD and renovation post-evaluations with actionable learnings for future plans.
• Present regularly to senior leaders across markets and global teams.
