Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking an EMEA Senior Brand Manager Growth Platforms to shape the herbs, spices and seasonings strategy. You’ll partner with localMarketing, Insights, and R&D to drive innovation across a three-year plan and execute go-to-market strategies.

You will own P&L, lead cross-functional teams, and influence regional and global stakeholders. You will apply data-driven insights from Nielsen/Kantar trends to identify opportunities, deliver scalable plans, and ensure profitable

Qualifications

• Proven track record in FMCG Innovation & Brand-Building at the relevant level.
• Curious, data-driven & analytical; able to turn insights into actions.
• Full mix marketing understanding across innovation, renovation and brands.
• Consumer-centric approach with strong market research skills.
• Expertise in NPD and renovation and portfolio management.
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive platform growth.
• Strong prioritisation and multi-project leadership.
• Cross-functional collaborator across EMEA with energy and drive.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; challenge status quo and push boundaries.
• Passion for food and staying inspired by consumer trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic projects across the 3 year pipeline.
• Partner with Local Marketing, Commercialisation, Insights, and R&D.
• Develop and execute innovation and renovation through gates.
• Drive category growth with P&L ownership and channel strategies.
• Build regional plans and influence 3 year strategy for herbs, spices, and seasonings.
• Present updates to senior leaders and stakeholders.
