Job summary

McCormick is seeking a Consumer Insight Manager to lead research across the EMEA region, translating consumer voices into growth opportunities. You’ll partner with agency teams and internal stakeholders to shape strategy and ensure consumer-first decisions.

Based in Haddenham or able to travel within Europe, you will manage multi-market studies, employ qualitative and quantitative methods, and drive agile insight development for new product development with growth platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer research across agency/client sides.
• Breadth of qualitative and quantitative methods (Brand Tracking, Segmentation, Idea/Concept Screening, TURF, Pack Testing, Comms Development, Social listening).
• Experience working on multi-market research in Europe; understanding cooking cultures.
• Familiarity with agile and iterative insight methods (e.g., Zappi) for NPD.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Bring consumer insights to life and champion consumer-first thinking in EMEA.
• Develop and execute insight-based learning plans aligned with category and brand strategy.
• Influence partners to act on insights to meet business objectives.
• Uncover opportunities through primary/secondary research and trend analysis.
• Collaborate on NPD pipeline development across growth platforms; support ideation and testing.
• Work with brand and digital teams to optimize product positioning and messaging.
• Lead agile insight development processes and explore new methodologies for deeper understanding.
• Contribute to global insight training programs and engage with the broader insight community.
