Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities across the Central region. This field-based role focuses on meeting clients face-to-face and building long-term relationships.

You will manage the sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with Area Sales Managers on larger projects while representing the full range of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Central region.
• Conduct customer visits and proactive prospecting campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer operations and identify opportunities across hire, sales, service and parts.
• Produce timely, accurate, and commercially competitive quotations.
