Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales professional with a track record of winning incremental new business in Tier 2 construction.
• Experience selling lighting or technical products/services into construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a new-business strategy to win opportunities.
• Identify, prospect and qualify genuine opportunities and reach senior decision makers.
• Build relationships and win/close new business over longer sales cycles.
• Understand customer requirements, challenges and commercial drivers and shape a compelling value proposition.
