Luton Bennett is seeking a Sales Manager for a remote role with regular travel to our Cheshire office. You will lead sales and marketing, expand into life science clients, and manage international distributors while delivering growth targets and price/mmargin strategies.

Qualifications

• Experienced senior sales professional or commercial leader.
• Experience in a technical or regulated sector.
• Demonstrable experience directly growing new business.
• Experience of formal proposal and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Broaden the company’s customer base, particularly life science private sector.
• Hands-on delivery of sales targets for new customers and new business with existing customers.
• Oversee and build the commercial team.
• Identify and contract international distributors and resellers.
• Own go-to-market plans for new products and define product positioning.
• Develop marketing plans in line with commercial goals and manage the company’s marketing partner.
• Final review and oversight of tenders and proposals, including public-sector procurement frameworks.
• Remote working with monthly travel to the Cheshire office.
