Portfolio Group is seeking a high-performing, field-based Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of high-value clients in Health & Safety, HR, and Employment Law services. You’ll thrive in consultative, value-based selling and have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

The role offers a lucrative earnings package with an uncapped OTE. You will engage C-suite and HR leaders, manage a robust pipeline, and travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B field sales experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in value-based selling rather than transactional pitches.
• Professional demeanour capable of navigating diverse corporate environments.
• Full UK driving license and ability to manage a field-based schedule.

Responsabilités

• Direct sales execution: attend face-to-face appointments secured through your network and self-generated leads.
• Strategic market development: identify and cultivate new business opportunities and untapped segments.
• Pipeline management: forecast a robust sales pipeline for quarterly growth.
