This field-based role requires pro-active, consultative selling to exceed ambitious revenue targets and develop new business opportunities. You will earn a £60,000 base with a £30,000 top-up and enjoy a realistic OTE of £155,000, with high earners surpassing £250,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B field sales experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in value-based selling over transactional pitching.
• Ability to travel and manage field-based schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales execution: attend face-to-face appointments and generate leads.
• Strategic market development: identify and cultivate new business opportunities and segments.
• Pipeline management: forecast and grow a robust sales pipeline.
• Stakeholder engagement: build rapport with C-suite, HR Directors, and Business Owners.
