Invesco is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to provide strategic technology leadership across the Client Engagement Platforms portfolio. You will define architecture, roadmaps and target-state capabilities to support long-term business objectives.

The role guides platform strategy, investments and transformational initiatives across CRM, Marketing Automation, client servicing, and data-enabled technologies.

Formación

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture or technology strategy roles.
• Proven success shaping client engagement, CRM and digital platform capabilities.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps and target-state architectures.
• Ability to influence senior executives and guide investments.
• Experience leading large-scale platform modernisation and cloud transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain target-state architecture and roadmaps across CRM and related platforms.
• Lead evolution of client engagement technology to remain scalable and secure.
• Develop strategies enabling API-first, cloud-native capabilities.
• Drive AI-powered capabilities for engagement, automation and personalization.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate objectives into capabilities and priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks and architectural standards.
• Guide vendor selection and long-term platform investments.
• Act as technical authority on major initiatives and risk management.
