You will define architecture, roadmaps and target-state capabilities, guiding investments and transformational initiatives in CRM, marketing automation, and data-enabled services.

Role demands influence with senior leaders, governance, and a focus on scalable, secure cloud-native solutions, API-first design, and future-ready platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise/solution architecture experience in large organisations.
• Proven track record shaping CRM, marketing automation and digital platforms.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps and target-state architectures.
• Ability to influence senior executives on technology investments.
• Led large-scale platform modernisation and cloud transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture, roadmaps and design principles.
• Lead evolution of client engagement technology ecosystem for scalability and resilience.
• Develop strategies for composable, API-first, cloud-native capabilities.
• Drive AI-powered engagement and workflow automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Marketing, Data and Operations to translate strategy into capabilities.
• Establish governance, standards and guardrails for security and compliance.
• Guide vendor selection, roadmap alignment and long-term tech decisions.
• Act as technical authority on major initiatives and delivery.
