Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture and technology strategy roles.
• Experience shaping client engagement, CRM, Marketing Automation and digital platforms.
• Proven success defining roadmaps and target-state architectures.
• Ability to influence senior executives on technology investments across business and technology.
• Experience leading platform modernization and cloud transformations.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and partnership management.
• Experience applying data, analytics and AI to client engagement and operations.
• Subject matter expert across strategic initiatives and enterprise tech.
• Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and client engagement tech.
• Experience with composable, API-first, microservices and cloud-native patterns.
• Enterprise integration, IAM, data architecture and CDP knowledge.
• Cloud modernization with AWS/Azure or similar.
• AI and automation in engagement and workflows.
• Governance, risk, and regulatory considerations in financial services.
• Business-case development and strategic roadmap execution.
• Degree and certifications in architecture; TOGAF or cloud certs preferred.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication to executives.
• Commercial awareness and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive architectural quality.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture and roadmaps across CRM and engagement platforms.
• Evolve client engagement tech ecosystem to be scalable, secure and resilient.
• Develop API-first and cloud-native architectural strategies.
• Drive AI-powered engagement capabilities across client-facing functions.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Marketing, Technology, Data and Operations to translate strategy into capabilities.
• Establish governance frameworks and architectural standards.
• Guide vendor selection and platform investment decisions.
• Act as the technical authority on major initiatives and risk management.
