Job summary

Concentrix Corporation seeks an Account Executive to manage strategic accounts in the Go-to-Market organization. You will nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, shape account strategies, and drive revenue growth across assigned clients.

You will collaborate with client success, technology, and practice teams to deliver tailored solutions, monitor performance, and ensure contractual commitments are met while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in account management or client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts, building long-term relationships with key buyers including CIO/CTO/CMO.
• Develop sustainable account plans addressing whitespace, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with client success, technology and practice teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide regular performance updates and ensure contractual obligations are met.
