Owen Daniels is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator in Leicestershire (Oakham) on an initial 3-month contract. The role involves receiving, storing, and preparing materials to support production and customer requirements, with responsibility for accurate stock records and orderly warehouse operations.

Key duties include picking and packing, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Competenze

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift counterbalance license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Physically fit to lift, move and handle materials as required.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to support our manufacturing operations on a temporary basis. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and preparation of materials and products in alignment with production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming deliveries in line with company procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for both internal production and external shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate records through stock checks and inventory system updates.
• Support regular cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with health & safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift license(counterbalance)
