Elix Sourcing Solutions in Rugby is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a 3-month temp contract. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a £27,000 pro rata salary plus overtime, starting immediately.

You will manage goods-in, stock organisation and prepare shipments, with forklift duties for licensed personnel. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience and good IT skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Warehouse Operative (3-Month Temp Contract)

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | £27,000 Pro Rata + Overtime

Monday to Friday, 7-3

We have an excellent opportunity for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Rugby on a 3-month temp contract, with the possibility to extend.

Within the role you will manage goods in, organising stocks are stores, carrying out stock checks and make sure the warehouse is clean, tidy and operational.

This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking for an immediate start with a reliable and well established manufacturing company. You will complete a 13-week temporary contract, with the opportunity to review and potentially extend if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage goods-in process, accurately recording all deliveries on internal systems
• Ensure all deliveries are correctly labelled, stored, and processed
• Organise and store stock in designated locations
• Prepare shipments for international dispatch
• Ensure all items are securely packaged and protected prior to shipping
• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently (where licensed)
