The Best Connection is seeking a Warehouse Operative for its Wisbech site. The role offers 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. You will be involved in picking, packing, stock control, and dispatch tasks to keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly.

We are looking for organised, hands-on team players with a Full UK Driving Licence and FLT Counterbalance Licence to join a fast-paced environment and support e-commerce fulfilment and administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good IT skills including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with manual handling.
• Ability to manage workloads and work to deadlines.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• FLT Counterbalance Licence.

Responsabilités

• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing stock levels, inventory control, and supporting stock takes.
• Receiving deliveries and organising goods into the correct warehouse locations.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely using manual handling techniques and lifting equipment.
• Supporting e-commerce fulfilment processes from start to finish.
• Scheduling shipments and maintaining shipping documentation.
• Updating records and reports using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Dismantling telecommunications equipment and preparing items for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Providing general support to the warehouse and administration teams.
• Travelling to other sites when required.

Our client, a growing business within the telecommunications sector, is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their busy operations team in Wisbech.
