Job summary

Workforce Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Lutterworth (LE17) to join our logistics team. Shifts run from 6AM–2PM or 2PM–10PM, with hourly pay ranging from £12.71 to £15.26.

You will load/unload, move, check, and log goods, assist with order picking, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and basic safety understanding; physical stamina for manual tasks and heavy lifting is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
