All Square Recruitment Ltd are recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative for a Colchester, Essex site. This temporary-to-permanent role focuses on general warehouse duties in a busy production environment, with occasional forklift operation.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with training shifts earlier. A valid in-date forklift licence is essential, and candidates should be comfortable with manual handling up to 25kg and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general warehouse duties, including goods‑in, picking, and organising stock within a busy production environment
• Load goods into the warehouse in a timely and organised manner
• Operate a Forklift safely and efficiently as required, supporting wider warehouse operations
• Work within a fast‑paced goods‑in department, supporting daily operational demands
• Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure goods are handled and processed efficiently
• Carry out manual handling duties, including the regular lifting of items up to 25kg

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with warehouse procedures

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• A valid, in‑date Forklift licence is essential
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or within a warehouse/logistics environment is highly desirable
• Comfortable and confident with manual handling, including regularly lifting up to 25kg
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work within a busy goods‑in and production environment
