Job summary

Saab UK is seeking a Stores Operative to support goods inward, stock control, and order picking within the Fareham site. The role involves receiving, shelving, labelling and packing stock, while maintaining safe and efficient stores operations in line with the MRP schedule.

The candidate should have warehouse experience, be able to work at height if required, and have familiarity with ERP systems; forklift experience is desirable. Training and career development available.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse experience is required.
• Experience at height is required.
• Experience with ERP Systems.
• Forklift experience is desirable.
• Enthusiastic and hardworking.
• Willing to learn quickly.
• Accurate and efficient with stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive goods and process stock inwards.
• Process goods receipt documentation and scan.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Store stock safely, label and rotate stock.
• General stores duties: loading/unloading, housekeeping.
• Maintain yard and ensure COSHH cabinet and oil store.
• Support waste collection and respond to hatch enquiries.
