Job summary

Primark Clydebank is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store team and drive outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for a department, commercial planning, stock management, planograms and visual presentation, while overseeing tills or fitting rooms when needed.

You will recruit and organise Retail Assistants, set daily tasks, and coach the team to achieve sales targets. The role offers leadership opportunities, a strong focus on development and a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
• Oversee an allocated section or department including planning, stock, planograms and visual impact.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach your team to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
