Job summary

Primark Wigan is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store team, drive daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with the management team, manage a department, plan commercial strategy, stock, visual merchandising, and coach Retail Assistants. The role offers a full-time permanent contract with 5 out of 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department including commercial planning, stock, planograms, visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants and assign daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach your team to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience while maximising sales.
• Develop your own capabilities through digital learning, apprenticeships, and career pathways.
