Primark Plymouth is seeking a Team Manager to steer daily store operations and drive excellent customer experience. You will lead a team, manage a department with commercial planning, stock control, and visual merchandising, and ensure smooth till operations and customer service.

You will mentor staff, foster a productive culture, and pursue development through our digital learning and career pathways within a growing global business.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual merchandising and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
