Job summary

Primark Hamilton is seeking a Store Team Manager to lead a busy store and drive an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, commercial planning, stock, planograms and visual merchandising, while ensuring sales targets are met.

You will manage a team of Retail Assistants, coach them to perform at their best, and collaborate with the management team to shape development pathways. Primark offers a people-first culture with career growth within a growing global business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department of the store – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise the team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach the team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive personal development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
