Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
