Job summary

Primark Bromley is hiring for a Team Manager to lead a store team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for a department, commercial planning, stock control, and visual merchandising, while supporting daily operations with the management team.

The role requires leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on performance, employee development, and delivering strong sales results within a 5 days out of 7 schedule. 31 days annual leave and a pension are included.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with the ability to influence and develop a team.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer experience and sales.
• Ability to organise and motivate a retail team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
• Manage an allocated section including planning, stock, planograms and visual display.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms as needed.
• Organise and direct Retail Assistants, assign daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Pursue personal development through training and career pathways.
