Primark Oxford is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store area with accountability for commercial planning, stock control and visual impact. You will guide a team of Retail Assistants, organise daily tasks and ensure a fast, friendly customer experience across the department.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Manage an allocated section including planning, stock, planograms, and visual merchandising to drive sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise and direct the team of Retail Assistants with daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional store environment and customer experience while maximising sales.
• Develop your own skills through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
