Job summary

Matalan is seeking a Team Manager to lead a high-energy store team and deliver a great shopping experience in Bangor, Wales. You’ll be a store role model, coaching colleagues and stepping in during the store Manager’s absence to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll drive sales, implement seasonal layouts and VM guidelines, and open/close the store with a focus on staff development and customer service. This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have experience in a similar role in Fashion or Homeware Retail.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales targets and exploring sales opportunities.
• Becoming a role model of outstanding customer service and brand values.
