Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in Fashion or Homeware Retail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM) and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and identify sales opportunities.
• Be a role model of customer service and Matalan values.
• Lead seasonal layouts and visual guidelines across the store.
• Open and close the store; manage operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Upskill team members and provide regular feedback to drive performance.
