Matalan is seeking a Team Manager to lead a high-performing store team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will model Matalan values, motivate colleagues and assume store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will deliver seasonal layouts, uphold visual standards and coach colleagues to improve performance, balancing efficiency with customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in Fashion or Homeware Retail.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and implement ideas.
• Understanding of operational retail processes and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and explore sales opportunities.
• Be a role model of outstanding customer service and store values.
