You will keep the team motivated and ensure every customer leaves with what they came for, plus a smile. When the Store Manager is away, you’ll step up and keep things running smoothly with confidence and care.

You’ll drive store initiatives, maintain open communication, and foster a positive, inclusive vibe while keeping an eye on numbers to ensure the team thrives.
