Job summary

Card Factory is looking for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to energise our store, support the Store Manager, and keep the team motivated so customers leave with what they came for and a smile.

You’ll lead by example, drive great service, and help the team grow while delivering store initiatives and maintaining open communication to create a positive, inclusive vibe; you’ll monitor performance to ensure smooth operations and a thriving team.
